The Lowline is a community-led effort to transform an abandoned trolley terminal in the Lower East Side into the world's first underground park.
On May 30th, the Lowline presents a special musical benefit at the excluisve club, The Box, with live performances by:
"The Lowline Super Group" featuring Andrew Wyatt of Miike Snow,
Kuroma members and MGMT touring members playing a set of
of covers dedicated to the Lower East Side
Additional performance by Au Revoir Simone
DJ Set by Andrew Wyatt of Miike Snow
Also expect special raffle prizes and Box performances
The Lowline is committed to supporting the prolific creative community that has always characterized the Lower East Side. The Lowline Artists Series brings together musicians, visual artists, and entrepreneurs, celebrating this important cultural heritage and fostering new generations of creativity.
Support from ticket sales will go directly toward building the world’s first underground park.
